If you have a heart to serve God and others, you have abilities, even in one (or more) of the following areas, or simply feel God has called you to serve here, please fill out the Staff Application Form and send it to us. We would love to hear from you. 

Please recognize the basic prerequisites for staffing within YWAM:  You need to have completed a DTS or CDTS (Lecture phase and outreach), and must be prepared to raise your own support. Youth With A Mission has no paid employees.

 Job went bankrupt
 Peter denied Christ
 The Disciples fell asleep while praying

 Zaccheus was too small
 Paul was too religious
 Timothy had an ulcer..AND
 Lazarus was dead!
